Full of charm and character, this previously restored, Pininfarina-bodied 124 Spider is a veritable mini-Ferrari.

* Designed and manufactured by Italian Carrozzeria Pininfarina, more specifically by Sergio Pininfarina, the 124 Sport Spider was marketed by FIAT between 1966 and 1980 having debuted at the November 1966 Turin Motor Show

* The four-cylinder engine, as fitted to the Spider, was designed by Dan Varo and used a double overhead cam, aluminium cross-flow head version of the saloon's pushrod unit. It started in 1966 with a capacity of 1,438cc, progressively increasing to 1,608cc in 1970, 1,756cc in 1974 and finally 1,995cc in 1979

* Finished in Azzurro Blue over a cream leather interior and carpets matching its new cream new soft top, it sits on 'Cromodora' silver alloys

* Imported from California in 2020 and appears to have undergone restoration work before arriving in the UK

* With just one previous UK-keeper, the Spider has recently been recommissioned at Autos & Sportos of York

* Supplied with invoices for work in current ownership, import paperwork and original handbooks

* Looking pretty as a picture, this Italian classic is ready to be enjoyed and will surely be welcomed anywhere
